Use of Images

Almost all images are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 License. In simple terms this means you're allowed to copy and republish unedited images, for non-commercial purposes, but you must attribute them to me. A good attribution would be:

As a bonus, if you could drop me a line and let me know that you've used my images, that'd be nice. You don't have to, but I'd appreciate it.

Please also note that not every image will be under the licence given above. Pay attention to the bottom of the page of any photograph, the actual licence is given there. If you've been directed here from a third party site (from my RedBubble account, for example) the licence should be made clear in the description of the image you were viewing. If no licence is given there then "All Rights Reserved" should be assumed.

If you have a use for an image of mine that isn't covered by the licence, or if you're simply unsure if your intended use is allowed, then drop me a line and I'm sure we can work something out.

You are welcome to link to any page containing a photograph but you may not deep link or hot link to any image file.
